I’ve produced six seasons of the Emmy-award winning series Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Television, a cooking and travel show airing on public television.

And dozens of documentary-style travel segments.

Some of my favorites have been on baking in the Saxon villages of Transylvania, searching for the original spaghetti & meatballs and preserving the culinary history of borsch in Ukraine.

I was also a Producer of Milk Street Cooking School and Milk Street’s My Family Recipe, original streaming series on Roku.

I have produced hundreds of recipe segments.
